Reporting Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please inform BlissfulMornings within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for products reported after this period. Beyond the 48-hour period, any defective items will fall under the manufacturer's warranty. These items will be either repaired or replaced directly by the manufacturer, according to the manufacturer's policies and warranty terms.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: Products that are unopened and in their original packaging, without any damage or usage, may be returned within 30 days of purchase, along with an authentic receipt. We will provide a refund to your original payment method or an exchange as per your preference.
Please note, items that are opened, damaged, or not in a condition for resale may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs: Please be aware that the return shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited.
Food Products: Any delivered food items, such as coffee beans, tea, etc., are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
